Fitment Notes

• This system is engineered exclusively for the 2024-2026 Ford Ranger Raptor with the V6-3.0L twin-turbo EcoBoost engine. It does not fit the standard Ranger or any other Ranger configuration.
• This system is compatible with the factory active exhaust valve system and retains the factory-style exhaust valves. The OEM exhaust valve motors are required for operation but are NOT included - the existing factory motors are reused.
• This is the Black tip version. The polished stainless steel tip version is aFe part number 49-33152-P.
• Does not require a CARB EO#. This product is engineered for use in all 50 states and does not fall under California emissions restrictions for catalytic converter replacement.

The aFe POWER 49-33152-B Vulcan Series Cat-Back Exhaust System is a purpose-built, bolt-on exhaust upgrade designed specifically for the 2024-2026 Ford Ranger Raptor equipped with the V6-3.0L twin-turbo EcoBoost engine. The Ranger Raptor occupies a unique position in Ford's performance lineup - a factory-built off-road performance truck with a sophisticated twin-turbo powertrain, active exhaust management, and a platform designed for sustained abuse across desert terrain, rock crawls, and water crossings. The factory exhaust system on the Ranger Raptor is competent but leaves meaningful performance and acoustic potential unrealized. The aFe Vulcan Series cat-back extracts both.

The system is constructed from 3 IN mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel throughout, chosen specifically for its superior resistance to the corrosive combination of heat, moisture, mud, and trail debris that characterizes real Ranger Raptor use. Unlike the 409 stainless steel used in aFe's entry-level exhaust lines, 304 grade provides a significantly higher chromium and nickel content for long-term durability in the harshest underbody environments.
