Product Description

The aFe Power 56-70014R Takeda Momentum Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R Filter is engineered for 2018-2021 Subaru WRX STI models equipped with the 2.5 L turbocharged EJ257 engine. This high-performance intake replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a sealed, roto-molded housing and a massive 7.5" pre-oiled Pro 5R 5-layer cotton gauze filter designed to deliver maximum airflow and performance. The sealed system captures cool air from both an included Dynamic Air Scoop at the front of the vehicle and through a fender-well inlet to feed the engine with cooler, denser air for improved combustion efficiency and throttle response.

Featuring a clear sight window for quick filter inspection and a dyno-tuned intake tube, this Momentum intake yields up to ~+19 HP and ~+21 lb-ft of torque with approximately a ~56 % increase in airflow over the stock intake, all while maintaining a direct bolt-on fit with included clamps, couplings, and hardware. Installation is straightforward with common hand tools, and no cutting or modifications are required.
