The aFe Power 56-10007R Takeda Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R filter is a direct-fit performance upgrade designed specifically for the 2016-2021 Honda Civic equipped with the 2.0L naturally aspirated gasoline engine. This Takeda Stage-2 intake replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a high-flow design featuring a large pre-oiled Pro 5R multi-layer cotton gauze filter that boosts airflow and enhances throttle response while maintaining effective filtration. The inverted filter design increases usable surface area, allowing for longer service intervals without sacrificing performance.

The open-element XLPE housing and upgraded inlet work with the factory air scoop to draw in cooler outside air, supporting improved engine breathing and a more aggressive induction sound. A dyno-tuned intake tube enhances airflow velocity and throttle response, delivering up to approximately +5 HP and +6 lb-ft of torque with around a +16 % airflow increase over the stock intake.
