Product Description

The aFe Power Magnum FORCE® Stage-2 Si Cold Air Intake System (Part #54-81022-1) is a high-performance airflow upgrade engineered specifically for Ford Super Duty trucks and Excursion models equipped with the 6.0L Power Stroke diesel engine from 2003 through 2007. This sealed intake system replaces the restrictive factory airbox and tubing with a large high-flow Pro 5R oiled cotton gauze filter and a CAD-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube that outflows the stock system by as much as ~40 %, helping improve horsepower and torque while enhancing throttle response and engine efficiency.

Featuring a one-piece heat-resistant sealed housing with an auxiliary air inlet and premium stainless-steel clamps, the Stage-2 Si intake draws cooler, denser air for better combustion and performance gains of up to ~+16 hp and ~+26 lb-ft torque under optimal conditions. Installation is simple with a direct bolt-on design that requires no cutting or drilling, and the included MAF-to-temperature sensor adapter ensures compatibility across sensor configurations in the fitment range.
