Product Description

The aFe 54-12842 Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System is a performance upgrade designed to enhance engine airflow on Ford Edge and Explorer vehicles equipped with the 3.5L V6 engine. The large 7" Pro 5R air filter features multi-layer progressive media for excellent filtration and high airflow, while the precision-designed roto-molded intake tube delivers smooth air delivery to the engine. The top-mounted heat shield integrates with the factory airbox for a clean bolt-on installation using stock mounting points.

This system outflows the stock intake design and has been shown to deliver measurable gains in horsepower and torque potential. Installation requires no cutting or drilling, and the washable/reusable filter media ensures long-term service life. Note that this intake system is not currently CARB exempt and may not be legal for sale or use in California and other states with similar emissions regulations. Fitment is confirmed for 2011-2014 Ford Edge and 2011-2017 Ford Explorer with the 3.5L V6 engine.
