Fitment Notes

• Fits all Double Cab and Crew Cab configurations across Short Bed and Long Bed wheelbases. See wheelbase chart in fitment section for details.
• Some cutting of the stock exhaust pipe behind the DPF is required for all cab configurations. Refer to the included instruction sheet for specific cut locations by wheelbase.
• Designed for the L5P Duramax diesel engine only. Does not fit gas engine (L8T) variants.
• Not intended for Cab & Chassis models.

Product Description

The aFe Large Bore-HD 49-44125-P is a DPF-back exhaust system engineered for the 2020-2023 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD with the 6.6L Duramax L5P diesel. Built from 5" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel with smooth transition bends, this system significantly reduces exhaust backpressure, improves flow, and lowers EGTs - making it a practical upgrade for towing and high-load use. The DPF is retained for emissions compliance, and the system connects behind it for a clean, legal installation.

All four cab and bed configurations are supported - Double Cab Short Bed, Crew Cab Short Bed, Double Cab Long Bed, and Crew Cab Long Bed - with specific cut locations for each wheelbase detailed in the included instructions. The system finishes with a polished 6" intercooled tip for a clean, aggressive look to match the Duramax's heavy-duty character.
