Fitment Notes

• Specifically engineered for TRD Pro models equipped with 2.5-inch diameter internal bypass Fox shocks. This kit accommodates the larger shock body unique to the TRD Pro suspension system. Non-TRD Pro 2022-2024 Tundra owners should use PN: 416-72T005-R instead.
• Does NOT fit any 2022-2024 Tundra or 2023-2024 Sequoia models equipped with the Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) option. AVS is an electronically controlled damping system that is incompatible with strut spacer leveling kits.
• This kit provides up to 2.5 inches of front lift and 1 inch of rear lift. The dual-spacer design allows for three lift configurations: low (shim only), moderate (pre-load spacer only), or maximum (both spacers combined).
• Installing the pre-load spring spacer requires a spring compressor. Strut disassembly is required. This installation is beyond a basic bolt-on and requires proper tools and safety precautions - professional installation is recommended if a spring compressor is not available.
• The rear spacer installs without strut disassembly and does not require a spring compressor.
• Alignment is strongly recommended after installation to maintain proper tire wear and handling characteristics.

Built around the unique 2.5-inch diameter internal bypass Fox shock architecture found only on TRD Pro suspension, this kit cannot be substituted with generic Tundra leveling spacers - the geometry and shock body clearance are specific to the TRD Pro build. CNC machined from aircraft-grade 6061 billet aluminum and hard anodized in aFe CONTROL red, the spacers are engineered to deliver maximum structural integrity and dimensional accuracy, ensuring that load transfer, suspension travel, and shock performance remain consistent with the factory TRD Pro setup.

The dual-spacer design is a key differentiator: rather than a single fixed-height spacer, this kit includes both a shim spacer and a pre-load spring spacer for each front strut. Running either spacer alone yields a low or moderate front lift, while using both together achieves the full 2.5-inch maximum without overstressing or limiting the efficiency of the OEM Fox shocks.
