Product Description

The aFe BladeRunner 3 IN Aluminum Cold Charge Pipe (46-20759-B) is a direct-fit cold side charge pipe upgrade for the 2022-2025 Ford Bronco Raptor and 2024-2025 Ford Ranger Raptor equipped with the 3.0L EcoBoost twin-turbo V6. Built from 3-inch TIG-welded aluminum with mandrel-bent transitions, it replaces the factory cold side pipe - the path from the intercooler outlet to the engine intake - with a free-flowing, heat-resistant alternative that delivers a substantial increase in airflow over the OEM component for real-world gains in horsepower and torque.

A CNC machined aluminum blow-off valve adapter is built directly into the pipe, retaining the factory BOV without modification. Factory-style quick-connect adaptors with O-ring seals and stainless-steel SmartSeal clamps ensure a leak-free fit at every connection, while 5-ply reinforced silicone couplings handle the boost pressure and heat generated by the twin-turbo EcoBoost. A 1/8" NPT port is pre-welded for easy sensor or water-methanol injection hookup. The wrinkle black powder coat finish and laser-etched aFe logo complete the custom look.
