Product Description

The aFe 56-70053R is a Takeda Momentum cold air intake system built for the 1.5L Turbo engine shared by the 2022-2026 Honda Civic/Civic Si and 2023-2026 Acura Integra. A one-piece sealed housing in heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene captures cool air directly from the factory inlet, using a patent-pending filter-to-housing interface that keeps part count low for a fast, straightforward install.

The 7.5" tall, 360-degree radial flow Pro 5R filter uses five layers of progressively finer, pre-oiled cotton gauze media behind a 3.5" flange, with an inverted top that adds filter surface area for longer service intervals. It feeds a computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube engineered for maximum power without sacrificing fit or drivability. A clear sight window lets you check filter condition without disassembly, and an auxiliary air inlet can be opened for extra airflow or closed with the included plug.

Dyno-proven for gains up to 12 HP and 14 lb-ft of torque, with measured flow 71% above the factory intake at 290 CFM. The kit includes a MAF sensor extension harness, stainless-steel clamps, and silicone couplings, with installation taking roughly 30 minutes and requiring no tuning.
