Constructed from 2-1/2 IN mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel and fully MIG-welded, this system improves exhaust flow over the restrictive factory unit while producing a deep, aggressive exhaust note through its acoustically tuned expansion chamber.The standout feature is the hi-tuck tip design, which routes the exhaust exit up and close to the vehicle to maximize ground clearance - a critical advantage for SR5, TRD Off-Road, and TRD Off-Road Premium owners who take their 4Runner on trail. Installation is completely bolt-on using factory-style flanges and OE-style hangers with no cutting or fabrication required.
