The larger bore and smooth mandrel transitions reduce pressure drop and post-compressor restriction, allowing the turbocharger to push charge air more efficiently into the intercooler core.
• Cold Side: +6% Flow Over OEM: The cold-side pipe is built from 2-3/4" aluminum tubing and outflows the factory cold-side pipe by 6% - improving charge delivery from the intercooler outlet to the intake manifold with lower turbulence and reduced pressure loss through the post-intercooler circuit.

The aFe POWER 46-20764-B BladeRunner charge pipe kit is a complete hot-and-cold intercooler pipe replacement for the 2019-2022 Hyundai Veloster N equipped with the 6-speed manual transmission. The factory Veloster N charge pipes use restrictive plastic and rubber components with smaller-diameter bores and crush-bent transitions that limit airflow between the turbocharger and the intake manifold. The BladeRunner kit replaces both sides with TIG-welded, mandrel-bent aluminum pipes - the hot side expanding from 2-1/4" at the turbo outlet to 2-1/2" at the intercooler inlet (+13% flow), and the cold side running at a consistent 2-3/4" from the intercooler outlet to the manifold (+6% flow). The result is a reduced-restriction charge circuit with lower pressure drop and turbulence through the entire intercooler system.

A standout feature of this kit is the CNC machined aluminum blow off valve adapter built directly into the hot-side pipe. On the stock Veloster N, the factory bypass valve integrates into the OEM plastic hot-side pipe - which means replacing that pipe with a generic charge pipe eliminates the bypass valve interface entirely. The BladeRunner hot-side pipe preserves this function through a precision-machined adapter that accepts standard aftermarket BOV and bypass valve units, making it the correct foundation for Veloster N builds where a BOV upgrade is planned alongside the charge pipe.
