Designed around the factory lower airbox, the system replaces the restrictive upper airbox and stock filter with a high-flow 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube and a massive 7-inch 360-degree radial-flow Pro 5R air filter. The included 18-gauge steel heat shield bolts directly to the top of the factory lower airbox half - retaining the factory mounting points and requiring zero cutting, drilling, or permanent modification. This design keeps the engine bay tidy while still delivering the open-element sound and airflow benefits enthusiasts want.

The heart of the system is the Pro 5R filter media - aFe's flagship oiled cotton gauze option featuring five progressively finer layers of gauze for exceptional filtration and maximum airflow.
