Fitment Notes

• Universal fitment - not vehicle-specific. Customer must verify fuel tank dimensions and access opening for in-tank installation.
• For EFI applications: requires Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator P/N 13134 or P/N 13110 (sold separately).
• For carbureted applications: requires regulator P/N 13202 or P/N 13212 (sold separately).
• Requires a straight 12VDC to 16VDC power supply - not compatible with pulse modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers.
• Not compatible with 16V racing charging systems (16-18V range). A voltage regulator or step-down converter is required.
• True Variable Speed (TVS) Controller operates via a dedicated 0-5V analog DC input signal - must be wired to a compatible ECU, TPS output, MAF sensor, boost sensor, or voltage divider.
• E85 compatible - reduce maximum supported horsepower figures by approximately 30%.
• Fully submersible - designed for in-tank installation only.
• Inlet: ORB-12 (-12 AN O-Ring Boss) / Outlet: ORB-10 (-10 AN O-Ring Boss) - no thread sealant on ports.

Product Description

The Aeromotive 18385 is the universal in-tank variant of the 10.0 GPM True Variable Speed brushless spur-gear pump - delivering the same extreme flow capacity as the Stealth module (18055) but in a bare pump configuration for custom in-tank or fabricated fuel cell installations. At 10.0 GPM, it is the highest-output in-tank brushless electric fuel pump Aeromotive offers, capable of supporting up to 7,600 FWHP on gasoline carbureted builds and 6,900 FWHP on EFI across a wide range of naturally aspirated and forced induction applications.

The integrated True Variable Speed (TVS) Controller automatically modulates pump RPM via a 0-5V analog input, reducing fuel recycling and motor heat at idle and part-throttle while ramping to full flow on demand. The brushless spur-gear motor delivers a flatter flow curve as system pressure rises, significantly lower current draw than brushed alternatives, and a much longer service life in E85, methanol, and ethanol environments. Unlike the 18055 Stealth module, the 18385 does not include an integrated pickup tube - it is intended for custom fabricated tank installations where the builder provides their own pickup configuration. A compatible bypass-style fuel pressure regulator is required and sold separately.
