The Aeromotive 18859 is a Gen II Stealth fuel tank for the 1968-1970 Dodge Charger, designed specifically for high-horsepower Hellcat engine swaps. This 19-gallon tank comes fully assembled with a pre-installed 525 LPH Stealth high-flow EFI fuel pump, Phantom in-tank baffle assembly, 73-10 ohm fuel level sending unit, and fuel/electrical bulkhead for true plug-and-play installation. Aeromotive's patented Phantom in-tank technology maintains an ample fuel supply around the pump inlet, ensuring consistent fuel delivery and drivability even in low-fuel conditions while keeping pump operation quiet. The tank features AN-06 O-ring inlet and outlet ports positioned in the OEM location, enabling flush installation to the vehicle floor without tank strap modification or spacers. On gasoline with EFI, the 525 LPH pump supports up to 1,200 horsepower naturally aspirated or 900 horsepower with forced induction. E85-compatible applications are supported up to 810 HP naturally aspirated or 600 HP with forced induction. Lower-flow versions are available for milder builds: the 18159 with a 200 LPH pump for 5.7L and 6.1L Hemi swaps, and the 18459 with a 340 LPH pump for 6.1L and 6.4L Hemi swaps.
