Vehicle Fitment

  • 2020-2024 Jeep Gladiator JT - with Hellcat engine swap (6.2L supercharged HEMI V8) - drops into the OEM factory fuel tank, no cutting required
  • Designed specifically for the high fuel demand of Hellcat-swapped Gladiator builds; not intended for stock Gladiator Pentastar V6 or 392 HEMI applications without verifying fuel flow requirements

Fitment Notes

  • No cutting required. The 18078 drops directly into the factory Jeep Gladiator JT fuel tank through the OEM fuel pump access opening without any tank drilling, welding, or cutting. The factory lock ring retains the pump assembly in the stock tank.
  • OEM fuel level sender must be transferred. The factory Gladiator fuel level sender is removed from the OEM pump assembly and reinstalled on the included Aeromotive fuel level sender bracket - retaining factory fuel gauge functionality. The OEM sender wiring connector must be cut and re-terminated with the supplied quick-disconnect connectors per the installation instructions.
  • AN-08 fuel lines required for supply and return. The ORB-10 supply port accepts Aeromotive PN 15610 (ORB-10 to AN-8 male flare) adapter; the ORB-8 return port accepts Aeromotive PN 15607 (ORB-8 to AN-8 male flare). Both fittings sold separately. Aeromotive recommends PTFE braided line with machine-crimped hose ends to prevent fuel vapor permeation.
  • High-flow return-style regulator required if not using PWM pump control. Aeromotive recommends PN 13134 EFI bypass regulator with 75-120 PSI spring installed when operating without a PWM pump speed controller. OEM-style combined filter/regulator units are not compatible with high-flow pumps and will cause premature pump failure.
  • Post-pump filter required. A 10-micron post-pump filter must be installed between the tank outlet and the pressure regulator. Aeromotive recommends PN 12350.
  • Wiring requirements: 10-gauge wire minimum; relay rated at 30 amps minimum. Aeromotive PN 16307 fuel pump wiring kit recommended.
  • This product is not legal for sale or use on emission-controlled vehicles except when used as a direct replacement part matching OEM specifications.

Features

  • Aeromotive Stealth 525 LPH Pump (PN 11170) - Pre-Installed: The 18078 ships with the Aeromotive Stealth 525 in-tank fuel pump pre-installed and set to the correct depth for the Gladiator JT tank. Delivering 470 LPH at 40 PSI and 13.5V, the Stealth 525 provides the high fuel volume required for Hellcat supercharged V8 builds - far beyond what the stock Gladiator pump can supply. The pump operates across a continuous pressure range of 3-80 PSI with a maximum dead-head pressure of 105 PSI.
  • Direct Drop-In for OEM Gladiator JT Tank - No Cutting: The assembly is engineered to replace the factory Gladiator JT fuel pump module through the existing OEM tank opening - eliminating the need for tank drilling, cutting, or custom fabrication. The pump module seats in the factory bucket, and the existing OEM tank vent and gas recirculation quick-connect lines reconnect to the same locations.
  • Aeromotive Jet Siphon System + OEM Siphon Pickup: The 18078 uses Aeromotive's jet siphon system in conjunction with the OEM siphon pickup tube inside the tank - ensuring that fuel is continuously drawn from both sides of the divided Gladiator tank saddle, preventing one-sided fuel starvation during aggressive driving, hard cornering, or track use.
  • Aeromotive Foam Baffle with 5 Check Valves - Fuel Slosh Control: The included foam fuel baffle and five check valves surround the pump module and control fuel slosh in the tank under lateral acceleration, hard braking, and off-camber conditions - keeping the pump submerged in fuel even at low fuel levels and during aggressive driving common to Hellcat-powered builds.
  • High-Flow Pre-Filter at Pump Inlet: A high-flow pre-filter at the pump inlet protects the Stealth 525 from tank debris and contamination - critical for maintaining pump longevity in the high-flow, high-pressure operating conditions of a Hellcat application.
  • Fuel Level Sender Bracket for OEM Gladiator Sender: An Aeromotive fuel level sender bracket is included - designed to hold the OEM Gladiator fuel level sender in the correct position within the new pump assembly, maintaining accurate fuel level readings on the factory Gladiator dashboard gauge.
  • E85 Compatible: The Stealth 525 pump and all wetted components are compatible with pump gasoline, racing gasoline, and E85 - covering the full range of fuels used in Hellcat swap builds, including those tuned on E85 for maximum power output.

Product Description

The Aeromotive 18078 is a Stealth 525 LPH in-tank fuel pump and hanger assembly engineered specifically for 2020-2024 Jeep Gladiator JT trucks converted to Hellcat 6.2L supercharged HEMI V8 power. It drops directly into the factory Gladiator JT fuel tank through the OEM access opening - no cutting, drilling, or tank fabrication required - and uses the OEM lock ring for retention.

The pre-installed Aeromotive Stealth 525 pump (PN 11170) delivers 470 LPH at 40 PSI, operating across 3-80 PSI with a 105 PSI dead-head rating. Aeromotive's foam baffle with five check valves controls fuel slosh for consistent pump submersion during the aggressive driving and track use that Hellcat builds demand. The jet siphon system works with the OEM siphon pickup to feed the pump from both sides of the divided saddle tank. A high-flow inlet pre-filter protects pump longevity, and a fuel level sender bracket accommodates the OEM Gladiator fuel level sender for factory gauge compatibility. Compatible with pump gas, race gas, and E85. 1-year warranty.
