Product Description

The AEM 50-1230 is a 400LPH high-flow, E85-compatible in-tank fuel pump designed for both naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Every pump is individually flow tested and guaranteed to deliver 400+ LPH at 40 PSI, capable of supporting over 1000 horsepower on gasoline, while maintaining strong flow of 330+ LPH even at 70 PSI under boost.

Built in a compact 39mm body - the same size as a Walbro 255 - this pump is designed to drop into many OEM fuel systems as a direct upgrade. Its double-barbed 9mm outlet is sized for 3/8-inch ID hose, and full compatibility with gasoline, ethanol up to E100, and methanol up to M100 makes it a flexible choice for builds running alternative fuels.

Because this is a universal, high-current pump, installers should verify the vehicle's factory fuel pump wiring can handle the increased draw before installation, and should plan for a separate check valve since one is not integrated into the pump. The kit includes a wiring harness, pre-filter, end cap, and rubber buffer sleeve for a complete in-tank installation.
