The nearly 9-inch filter height provides substantially more filter surface area than AEM's standard 5-inch Brute Force conical filters, making it well suited to high-output truck, SUV, off-road buggy, and race car intake systems where maximum flow and dust-holding capacity are priorities.

The 3.5-inch centered flange fits any 3.500 in (89mm) OD intake tube. The 6-inch base tapers to 5.125 inches at the top across the 8.938-inch body height. AEM's Brute Force-specific media is tougher than standard DryFlow media and is supported by a mineral-reinforced plastic cage that resists collapse under high airflow and engine vacuum conditions.
