  • Product Description

The ACT 600140 XACT Prolite Flywheel is ACT's lightest chromoly flywheel, designed for race and road-rally vehicles like the Mazda RX-7 and RX-8. At just 11.8 lb and 240 mm in diameter, it drops significant rotational mass to deliver sharper throttle response and quicker acceleration. Crafted from forged chromoly and CNC-balanced, it features an induction-hardened ring gear and SFI 1.1 certification for track use. Though it retains serviceability and drivability, expect typical gear clatter under light loads. Requires counterweight for rotary engines.
