Product Description

The ACL 4M2505H-STD is a Race Series main bearing set in standard size for the Nissan VQ35HR 3.5L, VQ37VHR 3.7L, VR30DDTT 3.0L twin-turbo, and VR38DETT 3.8L twin-turbo V6 engine family. This set fits a wide range of Nissan and Infiniti performance vehicles including the 2007-2008 350Z HR, 2009-2021 370Z, 2009+ GT-R, 2007-2008 G35 HR, 2008-2013 G37, 2014-2015 Q50/Q60 3.7L, and 2016+ Q50/Q60 3.0T. The trimetal F780 construction features a hardened steel backing, nickel barrier, and high fatigue-strength copper-lead lining with a lead-tin-copper overlay -- engineered to withstand the extreme loads and RPM conditions of high-performance and race applications.

Unlike standard aftermarket bearings, ACL Race Series shells eliminate the final silvery tin flash plating on the back surface -- this prevents high spots from forming under extreme heat and load that can distort the bearing. Increased eccentricity compensates for bore distortion at high RPM, and enlarged ID chamfers accommodate performance and aftermarket crankshafts. Upper and lower halves are non-identical -- install in correct orientation. Pair with the companion connecting rod bearing set 6B2639H-STD for a complete Race Series bottom end. Also available in extra oil clearance (4M2505HX-STD) and .25mm undersize (4M2505H-.25). Individual main bearings available as 1M2505H-STD for selective replacement.
