Fitment Notes

• Compatible with OE coilovers ONLY - will NOT fit ICON or any other aftermarket coilover shocks
• Compatible with all versions of available OE shock absorbers including electronically controlled variants - full OE shock functionality is maintained after installation
• Do NOT combine with coil spacers - combining with spacers may cause damage
• Front lift height is 2.25" over stock on standard F-150 Raptor; 2" over stock on Raptor R
• Rear lift height of 1" is based on a Raptor without additional weight in the rear - added rear weight (gear, bumpers, spare tire carrier) will reduce rear lift
• For heavily loaded or upfitted Raptors with approximately 300 lbs of constant rear weight, use ICON K93172X (Overland version with heavier rear springs)
• OEM wheels and tires fit with this system installed
• Recommended aftermarket tires (without 37 Package): 35" x 12.50"
• Recommended aftermarket tires (with 37 Package): 37" x 12.50"
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation

Product Description

The ICON K93172 is a complete Stage 2 suspension system engineered specifically for the 2021-2025 Ford F-150 Raptor Gen3, designed to work with the truck's OE electronic coilover shocks rather than replacing them. The front linear rate coil springs drop directly into the OE coilover location, delivering 2.25" of front lift on standard Raptors (2" on Raptor R) while preserving full electronic damping functionality - no reprogramming, no bypass modules, and no compromise to factory shock electronics. This makes the K93172 an ideal solution for Raptor owners who want more stance and improved geometry without losing the OE ride control system.

Stage 2 adds ICON's billet aluminum upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint Pro, providing corrected caster and camber geometry at lifted ride heights and eliminating the bind that OE arms develop above stock height. The rear triple rate coil springs are engineered with three distinct spring rates - an ultra-soft initial rate for maximum droop travel, a performance ride rate for on-road comfort, and a firmer overload rate to resist bottoming out under load. The tapered wire rear coil design maximizes rear suspension efficiency and articulation. All springs are backed by ICON's Lifetime Guarantee against sagging and breakage, and installation is 100% bolt-on. Note: do not combine with coil spacers, as damage may result. For Raptors carrying approximately 300 lbs of constant rear weight, use the K93172X Overland variant with heavier-rate rear springs.
