Fitment Notes

• Only compatible with Ford Broncos equipped with the OE HOSS 2.0 Suspension Package. HOSS 2.0 vehicles are most easily identified by the YELLOW shock bodies of the factory shocks.
• Does NOT fit Ford Bronco Raptor.
• Does NOT fit Ford Bronco Sport.
• HOSS 2.0 is standard on Badlands, Wildtrak, First Edition, and Everglades trims. It is optional (via Sasquatch Package) on Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, and Black Diamond trims.
• Two-door Bronco models will sit taller than four-door models at equivalent snap-ring settings due to differences in factory spring rates.
• When running 37" tires, crash bar removal may be required (not recommended by ICON).
• The included Tubular UCAs (48400DJ) provide caster correction required when running front lift heights above 1.5" over stock.

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics K40012T Stage 2 Suspension System builds on the proven K40011 Stage 1 platform by adding ICON's vehicle-specific Tubular Upper Control Arms with the patented Delta Joint PRO - making it the ideal complete lift solution for 2021-2026 Ford Broncos equipped with the HOSS 2.0 suspension package. Like the Stage 1 kit, the K40012T replaces all four factory HOSS 2.0 shock absorbers with ICON's 2.5 Aluminum Series EXP Coilovers, which feature internal reservoirs, a one-piece digressive piston design, and snap-ring adjustable ride height. The Stage 2 kit unlocks a higher lift range than the Stage 1 - up to 3 inches of front lift and up to 2.25 inches of rear lift over stock - by pairing the coilovers with caster-correcting UCAs that maintain proper front-end geometry throughout the lift range.

The included Tubular UCAs (ICON 48400DJ) are constructed from 1026 DOM steel tubing, CNC-formed and fixture-welded, then finished in a multi-stage black powder coat. At their core is ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700), an innovative suspension articulation joint that delivers up to 90 degrees of total articulation while remaining fully rebuildable and serviceable - any individual component can be removed, inspected, and replaced without purchasing an entirely new joint. As with all ICON Bronco HOSS 2.0 kits, it is essential to verify your vehicle is equipped with the OE HOSS 2.0 package prior to ordering - identified most easily by the factory yellow shock bodies. HOSS 2.0 is standard equipment on Badlands, Wildtrak, First Edition, and Everglades trims, and is optional through the Sasquatch Package on Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, and Black Diamond trims. This kit does not fit the Bronco Raptor or Bronco Sport.
