Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0555-1015 GenV PowerGate60 is a motorsport-grade 60mm external wastegate designed for high-performance turbocharged engines. As the largest model in the Turbosmart GenV wastegate lineup, the PowerGate60 delivers exceptional exhaust bypass flow capacity and highly stable boost control for high-horsepower street, drag, and circuit racing applications. The unit is supplied with a 14 PSI base spring and includes a full spring kit to allow precise boost pressure tuning depending on the turbo system and engine setup. 

The GenV series was redesigned with CFD-validated internal flow paths and improved thermal management to maximize durability and performance. A high-temperature 347 stainless steel body, Nitronic 60 valve guide, and 17-7 PH stainless steel springs provide exceptional resistance to heat and fatigue. Additional features such as optional liquid actuator cooling, multiple reference ports, and a fully rotatable actuator housing allow flexible installation on custom turbo manifolds and exhaust configurations.

This model features Turbosmart's "Sleeper" stealth finish, giving the wastegate an all-black appearance that blends discreetly into performance engine bays. Designed for universal turbocharged applications, the PowerGate60 is commonly used in custom turbo builds where precise boost regulation and high exhaust flow capacity are required.
