• Integrated -4AN water cooling ports (M8 x 1.0 thread) - leak tested at factory; can be removed if not utilized

Product Description

The TiAL Sport 003046 is the MVS 38mm V-Band External Wastegate in Black, pre-installed with a 1.0 Bar (14.50 PSI) spring and supplied with a complete set of actuator springs covering 4.35 PSI to 24.66 PSI - giving builders the flexibility to fine-tune boost targets without sourcing additional hardware. At only 3.7 inches tall, the MVS is the most compact external wastegate in its class, making it ideal for tight engine bays where its larger predecessor, the F38, would not fit. V-Band inlet and outlet connections and included 304L stainless flanges and clamps make installation clean and straightforward, with no gaskets or bolted flanges to contend with.

Built in the USA from a high-temp NiCrFe alloy valve, 347SS housing, Nitronic 60 stainless seat and bushing, and a Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm, the MVS is engineered for long-term durability in both street and motorsport applications. The integrated water-cooled actuator top with removable -4AN fittings keeps actuator temperatures in check during sustained high-load driving such as road racing or extended boost runs - and can be left unplumbed for builds that don't require it. Five air ports (3 lower, 2 upper) provide flexible boost controller hookup without rotating the actuator top.
