The RockJock CE-9110RK-BDL-4P is a rebuild kit for RockJock's 2 1/2 in. Standard-width Johnny Joint rod ends - the greasable, high-articulation urethane suspension joint that's been a mainstay of RockJock's control arms, track bars, and other suspension components since 1996. Rather than replacing a worn joint outright, this kit lets builders and off-roaders restore worn Johnny Joints to like-new smoothness and articulation at a fraction of the cost.

Each 4-pack includes everything needed to rebuild four 2 1/2 in. Standard joints: 8 urethane bushing halves, 8 side washers, and 4 snap rings. Because the kit is sized to the joint itself rather than a specific vehicle, it works on any application already running RockJock 2 1/2 in. Standard Johnny Joints - whether that's a factory RockJock control arm, a custom-fabricated link, or another builder's suspension component using the same joint size.

Buyers should confirm both joint size and body width before ordering, since RockJock also offers a Narrow-body version (CE-9110NRK-BDL-4P) and a smaller 2 in. joint rebuild kit (CE-9112RK) that use different bushing and washer dimensions. RockJock's CE-9110T assembly/disassembly tool, sold separately, is recommended to make the rebuild process easier.
