The AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G (part-A7SABC509) is a complete lift pump and air/fuel separation system engineered for 2001-2010 GM trucks equipped with the 6.6-L Duramax V8 (LB7, LLY, LBZ, LMM). With a 165-GPH capacity and high-reliability four-bearing motor, this system significantly reduces aeration and cavitation while delivering clean, high-pressure fuel to the CP3 injection pump.

The integrated diaphragm regulator allows adjustable or boost-compensated pressure control, while the demand-flow design recirculates unused fuel to the tank for efficiency and reliability.
