Product Description

The AirDog A4SPBD102 FP-100-4G Lift Pump is a complete diesel fuel delivery and air/fuel separation system engineered for 2004.5-2018 Dodge and Ram 2500/3500 trucks with the 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engines. This system replaces the factory low-pressure fuel supply by drawing fuel directly from the tank through an included draw-straw pickup and delivering clean, de-aerated fuel to your CP3 injection pump. By removing entrained air, water, and contaminants before they reach the injection system, the AirDog helps improve throttle response, fuel economy, and injector and pump longevity.

Featuring a 100 GPH flow rate and proven 4G motor design, the FP-100-4G provides consistent fuel delivery for stock and moderately upgraded engines. Installation is straightforward thanks to the complete kit - including mounting bracket, wiring harness, fuel lines, fittings, and separator filter - that makes setup clean and reliable. The return line sends excess fuel and separated air back to the tank via the filler neck tee, maintaining proper system pressure and reducing fuel vapor lock.
