Product Description

The Moroso 23060 is a block-mounted windage tray and baffle designed specifically for Subaru EJ20, EJ22, and EJ25 horizontally opposed engines in the WRX, STI, Forester XT, Outback XT, and Legacy GT platforms. In a Subaru boxer engine, oil draining from the cylinder heads falls directly toward the rotating assembly - without a windage tray, this oil splashes off the crank and connecting rods, creating aeration, windage drag, and inconsistent oil delivery to the pickup. The 23060's louvered design and integrated slosh baffle intercept this oil and channel it downward into the pan, keeping the rotating assembly clean and maintaining a consistent oil supply to the pump under all driving conditions.

The tray installs directly to OEM block mounting points and is compatible with both the factory Subaru oil pan and Moroso's EJ-series aftermarket oil pans, making it a straightforward upgrade for any EJ build - from a lightly modified street car to a full track or rally build.
