The KONI 25 1215 Rear Quad Shock is a performance-oriented replacement shock absorber engineered specifically for classic and later Ford Mustang models and certain Mercury Capri years. Its horizontal quad design is developed to reduce rear axle hop, improve traction, and provide a firmer, more controlled ride compared with worn or standard factory shocks while maintaining everyday comfort.

This shock fits Mustangs from **1979 through 2004** with conventional rear suspension designs (excluding IRS models on select 1999-2004 Cobras) and is also compatible with **1979-1986 Mercury Capri** rear setups.
