Product Description

The GReddy 11003530 is the RS-Ti Universal 3.0-inch oval titanium muffler and tip kit -- a lightweight solution for builders constructing a custom full titanium or hybrid titanium/steel exhaust system. The titanium oval canister measures 260x160x300mm and uses GReddy's straight-through internal design for maximum exhaust flow and a clean, optimized exhaust note. The 105mm RS Tri-bolt tip is titanium and removable, with optional inner silencers and alternate tip styles available separately for further customization.

A key design feature of the RS-Ti kit is that no titanium welding is required from the installer. A titanium inlet pipe with V-band flange comes pre-welded from the factory; a matching stainless steel V-band flange and clamp are included to connect the kit to conventional steel exhaust piping, making titanium construction accessible for custom fabricators working in steel. A stainless steel muffler mounting band is included for welding hanger tabs. Professional fabrication and pipe cutting are required for installation.
