Product Description

The Eaton 14217-1 ELocker is a high-performance selectable locking differential built for Toyota's 9-inch Independent Front Suspension applications with 34-spline axle shafts, specifically designed for heavier duty off-road, towing, and demanding front axle duties. Under normal driving it behaves like an open differential for smooth steering, reduced tire wear, and low noise. When extra traction is needed - or when tackling mud, snow, rocks, or uneven terrain - the driver flips the included switch and the electromagnet engages to lock the differential, providing full torque to both front wheels.

Fitment is confirmed through 2025 for 2007-2025 Tundra and 2008-2025 Land Cruiser 200 (front IFS 9") with the required 34-spline setup and gear ratios 3.91 & up. This unit does *not* fit clamshell housing variants with different spline count, or non-clamshell housings. Users should verify their gear ratio and housing style before purchase to ensure compatibility.
