Fitment Notes

• Specifically designed for factory-lifted trims only - AT4, AT4X, Trail Boss, Custom Trail Boss, and ZR2 models
• Does NOT fit standard (non-lifted) Silverado/Sierra 1500 models (WT, Custom, LT, RST, LTZ, High Country, SLE, SLT, Elevation, etc.) - those trucks use a different suspension geometry
• NOT compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC) - this includes all GMC Sierra 1500 Denali models; the Cognito Standard Upper Control Arm was not built with ARC compatibility and installation will negate ARC functionality

Product Description

The Cognito 110-90767 is a 1-inch standard front leveling kit designed specifically for the 2019-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss, GMC Sierra 1500 AT4, Silverado 1500 ZR2, and Sierra 1500 AT4X - the factory-lifted trim levels that come with a slightly nose-down rake from the factory. This kit provides 1 inch of front lift to reduce that factory rake, improving the truck's stance and appearance while simultaneously correcting the ball joint angle that becomes compromised in lifted applications. The corrected geometry reduces premature tire wear and eliminates the travel limitations that the factory ball joints experience when the suspension operates outside its designed range.

The kit includes Cognito Standard Upper Control Arms and 0.75-inch steel strut spacers that work together to deliver the 1-inch lift while maintaining factory ride quality. The upper control arms feature a modified ball joint angle specifically designed for lifted and leveled applications, eliminating the need to cut the service perch off the truck frame - a common requirement with other leveling solutions. The tubular steel arms are CNC robot welded for consistent strength and powder coated in semi-gloss black for long-lasting durability. Bolt-in serviceable ball joints, new crush sleeves, and polyurethane bushings are all included. The strut spacers are constructed from heavy-duty steel with a matching semi-gloss black powder coating.

This kit accommodates up to a 34x12-inch tire on a 9-inch wide wheel with 5.75-inch backspacing, giving the truck a tougher stance and improved off-road capability. Note that this kit does not fit non-AT4/AT4X/Trail Boss/ZR2 models unless a rear lift is added to match, and it is not compatible with vehicles equipped with the Adaptive Ride Control (ARC) system, which includes all GMC Sierra 1500 Denali models.
