Product Description

The Cognito 110-90797 is a complete 3-inch standard leveling lift kit for the 2019-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 in both 2WD and 4WD configurations. This kit bundles everything needed to properly level the truck - Cognito Standard Upper Control Arms, 1.5-inch strut spacers, 0.5-inch preload spacers, 1.5-inch rear blocks and U-bolts, and standard white body extended-length rear shocks - all with hardware included. The result is 3 inches of front lift and 1.5 inches of rear lift that eliminates the factory nose-down rake and gives the truck a level, aggressive stance while maintaining adequate droop travel for superior ride quality.

The Cognito Standard Upper Control Arms are the centerpiece of this kit, featuring a modified ball joint angle specifically engineered for lifted and leveled applications. This corrected geometry eliminates the travel limitations that the factory ball joints experience when the suspension is raised, preventing premature ball joint wear and maintaining proper suspension articulation. The design also eliminates the need to cut the service perch off the truck frame - a common requirement with basic strut spacer-only leveling kits that can compromise the factory suspension design. The 1.5-inch strut spacers are constructed from heavy-duty steel with a durable semi-gloss black powder coating, and the 0.5-inch preload spacers ensure proper spring preload at the new ride height.

The rear lift is achieved with the Cognito 1.5-inch block and U-bolt kit, which includes powder coated cast steel blocks and heavy-duty zinc plated U-bolts for a secure, rattle-free installation. Extended-length standard white body rear shocks are included to accommodate the increased rear ride height. The kit accommodates up to a 34x12-inch tire on a 9-inch wide wheel with 5.75-inch backspacing. Note that 2025 models require the Cognito Leaf Spring Top Plate Conversion (110-91316, sold separately), and trucks equipped with composite mono-leaf rear springs are not compatible.
