The AMS Performance AMS.55.09.0001-2 Stock Location Intercooler is a high-performance charge-air cooling upgrade for Ford F-150 and Raptor EcoBoost applications. Its 21 x 10.25 x 5.5-inch bar-and-plate core provides 115% greater core volume than the factory intercooler, helping reduce charge-air temperatures and improve thermal consistency during demanding driving. The OEM-location configuration retains the factory mounting locations and piping arrangement for a direct-fit installation.

AMS engineered this intercooler with optimized cast end tanks, chamfered inlets, a smooth airflow path, and an integrated drain port. Testing indicates up to an 80°F reduction in charge-air temperature, up to 93% intercooler efficiency, a 20.5% reduction in pressure drop, and a 12.3 WHP gain without ECU calibration changes. This version features a silver, uncoated finish without an AMS logo.
