The AMS Performance AMS.55.09.0001-4 Stock Location Intercooler is a high-performance replacement intercooler engineered for Ford F-150 and Raptor EcoBoost applications. Its large 21 x 10.25 x 5.5-inch bar-and-plate core provides 115% greater core volume than the factory intercooler while retaining the OEM mounting location and factory-style piping fitment. The design is intended to improve charge-air temperature control, reduce heat soak, and reduce pressure drop during demanding driving conditions.

This black powder-coated, no-logo version is configured for the 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost F-150 platform and the 3.5L EcoBoost F-150 Raptor. The 2021-2026 F-150 PowerBoost 3.5L Hybrid application requires clearance for the factory external speaker; the AMS external speaker relocation bracket is available separately.
