Product Description

The Synergy Mfg 8155-01 is a heavy duty adjustable front track bar built as a factory-style replacement across a full family of classic solid-front-axle Jeeps: Wrangler TJ/LJ, Cherokee XJ, Grand Cherokee ZJ, and Comanche MJ. Designed for lifts from 0 to 4 inches, it mounts directly to the factory tapered track bar location on the frame, keeping the front axle properly centered instead of pulled to one side as ride height increases.

Synergy's double adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt assembly lets the track bar length be fine-tuned right on the vehicle, without ever needing to remove it for adjustment -- a real time-saver during alignment and axle-centering work. An abrasive-resistant powder coat finish protects against corrosion and wear from years of trail use, backed by Synergy's 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Installation requires drilling the axle mount to 9/16 inch for added strength, and a weld-on gusset is included for reinforcing that same mount. If your build has pushed the axle slightly forward from stock and runs an aftermarket diff cover, 2.0 to 3.0-inch bump stop spacers will be needed to prevent the track bar's larger diameter from contacting the cover -- cycle the suspension to full compression after install to confirm clearance.
