The Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer (part 200-639) is engineered to deliver improved part-throttle performance and mid-range power - particularly useful for powering heavy-duty V8 applications. Its patented Helix Bore interior spins the incoming air, optimizing atomization and combustion for enhanced throttle response between 800 and 3,000 rpm.

Crafted from billet 6061-T6 aluminum with a durable black anodized finish, this spacer installs quickly with no cutting or drilling, typically in under an hour using basic hand tools. The kit includes all necessary gaskets, a precision bracket, and hardware. At just 1 in thick and approximately 1.5 lb, it preserves throttle body geometry while providing noticeable performance gains.
