The DEI 93420 Heat Sheath is a 50-foot bulk roll of aluminized sleeving in the largest standard diameter - 1-1/2 inches inside - designed to protect large-diameter hoses, intercooler pipes, coolant lines, and thick wire harnesses from extreme heat, abrasion, chemicals, and road contamination. Constructed from 19 oz high-temperature fiberglass fabric with aramid thread reinforcement, bonded to an aluminized reflective outer layer, it withstands up to 500°F of direct continuous heat and reflects up to 90% of radiant heat - rated to 2,000°F.

The sewn edge construction adds durability and a clean finished look compared to raw-cut alternatives. Its pliable build follows bends and curves with ease, and the sleeving trims to any length cleanly with scissors or a utility knife. Suitable for automotive, marine, powersports, industrial, and racing applications wherever large-bore lines or wire bundles run near heat sources. Do not apply directly to exhaust components.
