The NRG SRK-700RD is the Generation 4.0 steering wheel quick release in a fully red anodized 6061 aircraft-grade billet aluminum body and ring. The Gen 4.0 represents NRG's most refined quick release design, featuring the largest paddle shifter-style ergonomic release levers in the lineup for maximum one-handed leverage when removing or installing the steering wheel. The patented ball-and-lock mechanism includes a self-locking feature that prevents accidental disengagement during use, while raised body sections protect the hub surface from scratching and deformation over repeated wheel changes.

The unit accommodates both 6x70mm and 6x74mm bolt patterns, making it compatible with most major aftermarket steering wheel brands including Nardi, MOMO, and Vertex, as well as NRG's own steering wheel lineup. Horn wires are built in and connect automatically when the wheel is installed - no manual reconnection needed.
