Vehicle Fitment

  • Universal - compatible with all Haltech ECU platforms including the Nexus S2, S3, R3, R5, Elite 550, 750, 1500, 2500, and plug-in ECU series
  • Also compatible with any ECU or device that accepts a 0-5V analog input signal
  • Up to 3 Rotary Trim Modules can be connected simultaneously to a single Haltech ECU for independent multi-function control

Fitment Notes

  • This module connects to any available analog voltage input (0-5V) on a compatible ECU. Function assignment is configured in Haltech's ESP or NSP software.
  • Up to 3 units can be run simultaneously on one ECU, each mapped to a different function (e.g., boost, launch RPM, traction control).
  • Designed primarily for use with Haltech ECUs but the 0-5V output makes it compatible with most standalone ECU platforms that accept analog inputs.
  • Not legal for use on emissions-controlled vehicles on public roads. Designed for sanctioned off-road and competition use only.

Features

  • 12-position rotary switch provides 12 distinct analog voltage steps (0-5V output) for precise in-cabin ECU parameter adjustment.
  • Adjustable functions include boost level, torque management, launch RPM, nitrous control, ignition correction, fuel trim, and more - configurable via ECU software.
  • Dash-mountable design allows real-time function adjustment from inside the cabin without a laptop or tablet.
  • 0-5V analog output is compatible with Haltech ECUs and any other ECU accepting a standard analog voltage input.
  • Includes two position decals - a 1-to-12 numbered decal and a -5-to-6 trim decal - for flexible labeling to suit different applications.
  • Comes with a matching set of Deutsch DTM-3 connectors (HT-031014) for a sealed, professional wiring connection.
  • Compact and lightweight - simple panel-mount installation via locking nut and washer (included).
  • Eliminates the need for a laptop or device to make common on-the-fly tuning adjustments between runs or during events.

Product Description

The Haltech HT-010504 is a 12-position rotary trim module that gives drivers real-time, in-cabin control over ECU-managed functions - no laptop required. It outputs a 0-5V analog signal across 12 switch positions, which maps to any analog input channel on a Haltech ECU. Once assigned in Haltech's ESP or NSP software, the switch can control boost targets, torque management, launch RPM, nitrous activation, ignition correction, fuel trim, and any other function tied to an analog input within the ECU's logic.

Panel-mounted via a standard locking nut and washer, the module installs cleanly on a dash or center console. Two position decals are included - a numbered 1-to-12 decal for general use and a -5-to-6 decal for symmetric trim applications. The sealed Deutsch DTM-3 connectors (HT-031014) keep the wiring connection robust and vibration-resistant. Up to three modules can be run simultaneously on a single Haltech ECU, allowing independent control of multiple functions from the cockpit. The 0-5V output also makes it compatible with non-Haltech ECUs that accept standard analog inputs.
