Fitment Notes

• 4WD models only - does not fit 2WD Super Duty
• Diesel engine equipped trucks only - spring rate is optimized for the heavier weight of diesel powertrains; for gas-engine trucks use ICON part number 62515
• Does NOT fit F-450 or F-550 Super Duty
• Tremor Package equipped models will have a front lift height of 1.5" over stock (vs. 2.5" on standard models)
• Lift height is based on a 4WD crew cab diesel in stock configuration - added accessories or cargo will reduce actual lift height
• OEM wheels and tires fit with these springs installed
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" w/ 5" backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9" or 20x9" w/ 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" - larger tires may fit but fender trimming may be required
• An adjustable track bar (ICON #64039) is recommended to correct bump steer geometry and realign the axle after installation
• Brake line kit (ICON #61111) is optional for those who prefer braided stainless lines or do not want to bend factory steel lines - not required for installation
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation

Product Description

The ICON 62516 is a diesel-specific dual rate front coil spring kit delivering 2.5" of front lift for the 2023-2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty (4WD). Unlike gas-rated springs, the 62516 is engineered with a spring rate specifically calibrated to properly support the heavier front-end weight of diesel powertrains - ensuring the spring delivers the intended lift height and ride characteristics without sagging or underperforming under load. The dual rate design uses a softer initial spring rate for on-road comfort, transitioning to a firmer rate during compression to resist bottoming out and deliver controlled, confident off-road performance.

These springs are a 100% bolt-on upgrade requiring no cutting or modification, and OEM wheels and tires remain compatible post-installation. For best results, ICON recommends pairing with compatible ICON front shocks to increase wheel travel beyond stock levels. An adjustable track bar (ICON #64039) is recommended to correct bump steer geometry after installation, and a braided stainless brake line kit (ICON #61111) is available optionally. Note that Tremor-equipped models yield a reduced front lift height of 1.5" rather than 2.5%, and these springs are not compatible with F-450 or F-550 trucks. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. All ICON coil springs carry a Lifetime Guarantee against sagging and breakage.
