Fitment Notes

• Fits 2010-2012 Ram 2500/3500 only - the 2013+ trucks use a different platform and require the MMINT-RAM-13K series kit
• A/C system service is required before installation - A/C refrigerant must be evacuated by a certified A/C shop before the stock intercooler can be removed; reinstallation of the A/C system will also require a certified technician
• H.O. (High Output) Cummins models may require relocation of the power steering cooler for proper fitment
• Direct-fit kit mounts in the stock intercooler location - no cutting or major modification required beyond A/C service
• Silver/polished finish version - black finish available separately as MMINT-RAM-10KBK

The Mishimoto MMINT-RAM-10KSL is a complete intercooler and piping kit engineered for the 2010-2012 Dodge/Ram 2500 and 3500 equipped with the 6.7L Cummins. The factory intercooler on these trucks is limiting - undersized for modified builds and prone to heat soak that elevates EGTs and reduces consistent power delivery. Mishimoto's bar-and-plate intercooler solves this with 52% greater core volume and a core that is 100% thicker than stock, delivering a dramatically larger thermal mass for charge air cooling. The cast aluminum end tanks are strategically shaped for optimal internal airflow and minimal pressure drop so boost pressure is preserved through the cooler.

The included piping kit replaces both the factory plastic cold-side pipe and the undersized hot-side pipe with 3.5 in. mandrel-bent polished aluminum tubes - 0.5 in. larger in diameter than stock - for significantly improved airflow velocity. DuraCore™ silicone boots and Constant-Tension T-Bolt Clamps complete the system, providing leak-free connections that hold under high boost and temperature cycling. Note that installation requires professional A/C refrigerant evacuation before stock intercooler removal, and H.O. models may require power steering cooler relocation.
