The Turbosmart LockSleeve (TS-199-3037) is the 3.00" 90° elbow compressor outlet adapter for Turbosmart B-Frame and C-Frame turbochargers (TS-1 / TS-2 series), and unlike the 2.50" variants in this range, it is dual-compatible with both Vibrant HD clamps and Plazmaman Plazmaclamps in a single part. The larger 3.00" outlet diameter suits higher-output builds where greater compressor outlet flow area is required. The weld-free LockSleeve ferrule system uses a precision-machined two-piece screw-together collar to mechanically compress an internal O-ring between the compressor cover and the outlet sleeve, creating a high-pressure seal that performs like a welded connection without any permanent modification to the turbocharger.

The 90° elbow orientation allows an immediate directional change at the compressor outlet, useful in tight engine bays where straight routing is not possible before the first intercooler pipe bend. For straight outlet configurations at 3.00", use TS-199-3041; for a 90° elbow with a hose barb end at 3.00", use TS-199-3040.
