The Turbosmart LockSleeve (TS-199-3019) is a weld-free compressor outlet ferrule that adapts Turbosmart B-Frame turbochargers (TS-1 and TS-2 series) to a 90° elbow outlet for use with Vibrant HD clamps at 2.50". Rather than TIG-welding a ferrule to the compressor cover, the LockSleeve uses a precision-machined two-piece screw-together collar that mechanically compresses an internal O-ring to form a high-pressure, airtight seal between the compressor cover and the outlet sleeve - delivering structural integrity equivalent to a welded connection with none of the permanent modification.

The 90° elbow orientation makes this LockSleeve particularly useful for tight engine bay layouts where routing charged air directly from the turbo outlet to an intercooler or intake pipe requires an immediate directional change. Installation requires only basic hand tools and takes minutes, making it equally suited for pre-race setup and trackside servicing.
