Fitment Notes

• These are 200A SurLok connectors, rated for the Nexus R5's 1 AWG battery cable connections. The Nexus R3 and PD16 use a different 120A SurLok variant (sold separately) suited to 4 AWG cable - do not use 200A connectors on those applications.
• The red connector is for battery positive (+); the black connector is for battery negative (-). Polarity must be observed - connecting incorrectly will damage the ECU.
• These are plug connectors only - no battery cable is included. Haltech's pre-terminated 1 AWG battery cable set (with SurLok connectors already fitted) is available separately for a ready-to-install solution.
• SurLok connectors crimp directly to 1 AWG battery cable - use appropriate high-current crimp tooling for a reliable, low-resistance connection.

Product Description

The Haltech HT-030030 is a matched pair of 200A SurLok power connectors - one red (positive) and one black (negative) - designed for the Nexus R5 ECU's battery power connections. The Nexus R5 requires 1 AWG battery cable for its high-current power supply, and these 200A SurLok connectors are the correct termination for those cables. The connectors crimp directly onto 1 AWG cable ends and latch securely to the corresponding SurLok terminals on the Nexus R5, providing a vibration-resistant, high-current connection that is simple to connect and disconnect during installation or servicing.

This set is the plug connectors only - no battery cable is included. Haltech also offers a pre-terminated 1 AWG battery cable pair with SurLok connectors already fitted for a ready-to-install solution. Note that the Nexus R3 and PD16 use a different 120A SurLok variant suited to 4 AWG cable - the 200A connectors in this set are not interchangeable with those applications.
