Fitment Notes

Fits Dana 60 narrow case differentials with 4.56 & up gear ratio carrier only - does not fit 4.10 & down carrier applications (see YGLD60-3-35 for 4.10 & down)
Dana 60 has a 4.10/4.56 carrier break - the 4.56 & up carrier requires standard (non-thick) ring and pinion gears; incompatible with thick gears used for 4.30 and lower ratios
This is a narrow case locker - wide housing applications require two DS 42563 spacers (sold separately)
Not compatible with c-clip axle configurations

The Yukon YGLD60-4-35 Grizzly Locker is a full carrier replacement mechanical locking differential engineered for the Dana 60 narrow case axle with 35-spline axle shafts and 4.56 & up gear ratios. A true positive-locking unit, the Grizzly delivers 100% of available torque to both wheels simultaneously - making it the go-to choice for rock crawlers, serious trail rigs, drag racing applications, and heavy-duty trucks that demand maximum traction. Its patented clutch tooth design features a larger radius at the base of each tooth, offering up to 350% greater shear strength than conventional back-cut designs, with large teeth that resist breakage under catastrophic shock loads.

The Grizzly Locker operates automatically, locking when a side-to-side wheel speed difference is detected and disengaging during cornering to allow safe, normal handling on the street or trail. The forged case and 8620 alloy internals are purpose-built for the Dana 60's demanding torque capacity, covering Ford Super Duty, legacy GM 3/4 and 1-ton trucks, and purpose-built custom off-road rigs.
