Tuff Country 27854 Rear Axle U-Bolt Kit is designed for selected 4WD Ford F-250 and F-350 applications using rear leaf-spring suspension and compatible 3-5.5-inch lift blocks. The extended 14.5-inch steel U-bolts provide the additional length needed for lifted suspension configurations while helping securely retain the rear axle and leaf-spring assembly.

Each round U-bolt measures 5/8 inch in diameter with a 3.625-inch inside width and features a zinc-plated finish for improved corrosion resistance. The kit includes four U-bolts with matching nuts and washers and is suitable for the verified Ford applications listed above. For 2011-2016 F-250 and F-350 Super Duty models, compatibility is limited to vehicles without factory overload springs; verify the exact axle and suspension configuration before installation.
