Product Description

The TiAL Sport 004809 is a genuine OEM V-band clamp kit with aluminum weld flange, providing everything needed to complete the outlet (discharge) port connection on a TiAL QRJ 38.5mm Blow-Off Valve installation. The kit pairs a V-band clamp and Viton O-ring sealed 1.5-inch screw-on flange with a lightweight aluminum weld flange designed to attach to 2.5-inch intercooler piping - though the weld flange can be modified to suit other pipe diameters as needed.

All four components are genuine TiAL Sport parts machined to the same tolerances as those supplied with the QRJ BOV assembly, ensuring a proper, leak-free seal and secure retention at the outlet connection. For builders preferring a stainless steel weld flange over aluminum, the equivalent stainless kit is available under PN 004811. This kit covers the outlet side only - inlet port connection hardware is sold separately for the QRJ platform.
