Product Description

The Wilwood 120-16567 is the Left-Hand variant of the UTV6 6-piston lug mount caliper, designed specifically for the UTV and side-by-side market. The differential-bore configuration - two 1.12 in. pistons leading and one 1.00 in. piston trailing - ensures even pad wear and consistent engagement across the pad face, improving braking efficiency over equal-bore designs. The ASM net forged aluminum body is engineered to resist flex under the high clamping loads required for high-performance UTV braking, while anti-knock back springs maintain consistent pedal feel across rough terrain where vibration would otherwise push pistons back into the bore.

This caliper is used in Wilwood's matched front and rear big brake kit applications for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 platform, where it works alongside 11.25 in. dynamically mounted floating rotors for significantly increased brake torque and thermal capacity over the factory system. Sold individually - the matching Right-Hand caliper is 120-16566. Brake pads (7812 shape), rotors, and line fittings are sold separately.
