Product Description

The Torque Solution TS-FRD-483.2 is a second-revision 6061 billet aluminum blow-off valve adapter engineered for the 2016+ Ford F-150 equipped with the 2.7L or 3.5L EcoBoost V6. The ".2" suffix distinguishes this adapter from the Raptor-specific TS-FRD-483, reflecting a different diverter valve mounting configuration found on standard-generation F-150 EcoBoost trucks versus the Raptor platform. Like all Torque Solution BOV adapters, this spacer installs between the turbocharger outlet and the factory DV, allowing the stock valve to continue functioning normally while venting charge air to atmosphere on throttle lift - producing the atmospheric blow-off sound that the factory system suppresses, without requiring any ECU retune or triggering a check engine light.

Installation requires only basic tools, takes minutes, and is completely reversible. This adapter is for the standard F-150 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost only - F-150 Raptor owners should use the TS-FRD-483 instead.
